#LakeLife

We have three beautiful lakes in the Branson area that are world class!  Each lake has its own uniqueness that we love to enjoy.  Table Rock Lake is a warm weather lake that is popular for boating and big bass fishing.  Taneycomo Lake is a flowing lake that is known for its champion trout fishing and cold water.  And, thirdly, Bull Shoals Lake is loved for its fishing, boating, and quiet waters.  All three lakes are artificial lakes built along the White River to combat the destructive flooding that was happening and to harness this renewable energy source, the power of water.

Table Rock Lake is roomy with 52,000 acres and 500 miles of shoreline.  This gorgeous lake has earned the repeat business of families and water lovers for over 50 years.  Table Rock Lake spreads across Stone County and down into Arkansas.  Enjoy fishing for big bass on TRL and, if you’re feeling competitive, sign up for a fishing tournament, such as The Anglers in Action TournamentFLW Tournament, or The Big Bass Tournament.  Or rent a boat and enjoy tubing, wakeboarding, and skiing on this big lake!  There’s plenty of room for splashing around in the warm waters during the late spring, summer, and early fall!  Contact Long Creek Marina or Table Rock State Park Marina to rent a bass boat, speed boat, or pontoon.  Both are full service marinas with teams of people that will make sure you are outfitted for a day on TRL!

Taneycomo Lake is a favorite amongst anglers!  Visit the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery to see the beginning stages of life for rainbow and brown trout.  These fish are then released by the Missouri Department of Conservation into Taneycomo Lake for incredible fishing!  This water is cold, even during the dog days of summer when the air temperature is hot, humid, and in the 100’s.  Fishermen and fisherwomen from all over the country travel to Taneycomo Lake to enjoy the Branson area’s champion trout fishing.  Connect with the best guides in all the land at River Run Outfitters and Anglers Outfitters.  These incredible men and women will have you hauling in a lunker that you won’t have to fib about!  If you’re also wanting to troll around the lake, which is a fun adventure in the summer evenings, Lilly’s Landing or Scotty’s Trout Dock has lots of boats available for four hour or full day rentals.  These marina’s also have guides available too that will make your time on Taneycomo Lake incredibly memorable!

Bull Shoals Lake is the lesser known of the Tri-Lakes, but it is a favorite with locals and out-of-towners!  The quiet waters make it a treasured place for people that enjoy tranquility.  You’ll enjoy boating with friends and family.  The fishing is stellar here also!  Stop in at K-Dock for the lowdown on fishing conditions and what bait to use.  Rent a pontoon at K-Dock in Kirbyville for full day or half day.  The Marina also serves breakfast and lunch, as well as snacks and beverages.  And if you’re feeling adventurous, schedule a paddle board class!  Whether you’re a beginner or a combo paddle-boarder/yogi, 38 Paddle Company has a class for you.  They have fun events all spring, summer, and fall, like Full Moon Floats.  Bull Shoals Lake is a gem that you, the fam, and your friends won’t forget!
