How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. Or you can call our office at 888 24 CABIN and our team will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 888 24 CABIN and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.

If your cabin is pet friendly it is strongly suggested you crate your pet while you are away from the cabin exploring. Make sure your pet is bathed, treated for fleas and groomed before bringing into the cabin. Keep pets off the furniture and bedding. There is a $50 non-refundable fee per pet for up to 2 pets.

What do we need to bring to the cabin?
All of our cabins are fully equipped for all your needs. They each have cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, linens and towels for the maximum occupancy posted for the cabin. Each cabin has an outdoor grill, central heat and air conditioning, coffee pots with a starter pack of coffee, a toaster, crock pot, and griddle.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

When will my card be billed?
If you make your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival date – The amount due at booking is 25% of the total reservation cost and the balance will be processed with the card on file 30 days before your stay. 
If you make your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date – Your card will be charged the full balance due at the time of reservation.  

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 30 days prior to Check-In, less a $50 cancellation fee. Inside of those date ranges, the full balance of the reservation is due and becomes fully non-refundable. Trip Insurance is available for purchase for added protection. 

What are your nightly rental rates?
Our rental rates are dynamic and can fluctuate throughout the season based on occupancy and availablilty. Instant quotes are always available on our website.
